This is once again, at the time of writing, the ferry terminal for Arran. That burden had been unceremoniously dumped on Troon though now both ports share the load for the time being.
The other photos are looking directly down on the sculpture described elsewhere as a Sculpture Garden. It's maybe a bit of an exaggeration.
