Greenock Cut Visitor Centre is at Cornalees Bridge near Loch Thom and, among other things, is a centre for walking, cycling, hill climbing, fishing and wildlife.

Countryside Rangers are on hand to offer help, advice and information and there are toilets. It's open all day, every day and parking and access are free.

At the present moment the access road up the hill from Inverkip is closed and it's hoped that it will re-open in spring 2027. Or, it may not.
