One photo of Maybole Castle in the High Street. Built around 1560 by the Earl of Cassilis.
It's still (spring 2026) undergoing much needed restoration.
Much reduced in size it once dominated the road through the town.
The other two photos are of the Carrick Centre, a community hub with a café, meeting rooms, a green transport hub and facilities for all sorts of community and charity purposes.
