The Bachelor's Club in Tarbolton, Ayrshire, where Robert Burns was a founder member and a leading light in his youth.

It has one of the very few thatched roofs in this part of the country. It's the white building to the left of the red one and entry is free to NTS members, otherwise a charge is made.

It wouldn't do any harm to maybe give it a coat of paint?

The panorama from the south shows the entire village with the Firth of Clyde and Arran in the distance.
